Memorial Tattoos

You may notice in some of the descriptions in the tattoo gallery that some of the tattoos are memorials, although they may not appear to be so at first glance. We offer custom-designed memorial tattoos for any loved one in your life, whether they be human, animal, plant, or even cherished belongings, we can help assist you in your grieving process.

For memorial tattoo sessions, we are able to offer hours outside of our regular operating hours or the operating hours of the salon we share space with if you wish for a more private and quiet session. We can also play any music you might wish to have during the session. In memorial sessions we hold space for you to work through your grief during the tattoo process, and you are free to talk about who or what the tattoo represents, have a good cry, be in silence, or have a casual conversation in a confidential, gentle and empathetic setting. We can provide tissues, tea or coffee during the session. Feel free to bring a photo or personal item of your loved one if you like. If you wish, we can include the story of your tattoo and who or what the piece is in honour of in our tattoo gallery if you want to share it, or you can choose to keep the story and photo private. There is no extra charge for memorial sessions.
